All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

💰 Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $59. For orders below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

✈️ Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. It may take up to 3 business days for tracking to become active.

❗ Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

📬 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
